Franka Winchester

Co-Founder and General Partner
Franka is one of Pacific Crest Group's two co-founders, and leads our Accounting and Employee Development departments. Franka recognizes that business owners are typically happiest when growing their companies, not managing finance, compliance, and staffing issues. She therefore strives to build solid, trust-based relationships between PCG and the companies that engage us, so that everyone can excel at what they do best. As a result of her dedication to the success of our clients, Pacific Crest Group continues to grow at a double-digit pace annually.

Prior to establishing Pacific Crest Group, Franka held financial and human resources leadership roles at several start-up companies, including Colo.com and Softbank, Inc. She is also the founder and CEO of Dakota Partners, Inc., a San Francisco-based company that provides financial and real estate services. Franka earned a B.S. from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and is an AORN Certified Ambulatory Surgery Administrator.

Franka enjoys exploring Marin's many playgrounds and taking her son for a spin in the jogging stroller. She's also an avid outdoor enthusiast for activities such as mountain biking, skiing, white water rafting, and backpacking.
