Rick Brusseau

Senior Accounting Manager
Rick brings more than 15 years of finance, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, and business management experience to Pacific Crest Group. His specialties include the development of business plans and corporate budgets, managing financial and operational audits, and overseeing upgrades to accounting and human resources systems. Rick works closely with PCG clients on both high-level strategy and ground-level tactics to ensure they meet their business goals.

Prior to joining PCG, Rick held leadership positions in finance, accounting, and employee development for a number of California companies. He has extensive training in Oracle systems, and is a Certified Siebel CRM Administrator. Rick earned an M.B.A. from Dominican College and a B.S. in Economics from Rutgers University.

In his free time, Rick enjoys cooking and running, with some hiking, biking, and tennis thrown in for variety.
